Centre consultation

Patients are being invited to share their views on the long term future of services at Liversedge Health Centre.

A 13-week consultation starts on Monday, January 29, about a number of proposals for securing the GP practice and to allow services to progress.

Kirklees Primary Care Trust (PCT) runs the practice and want to make sure services at the centre are able to met the future needs of patients.

The PCT is asking for feedback on how the centre should be run.

The consultation will be sent out to all patient households registered with the practice and it is also available at www.kirklees-pct.nhs.uk.

The consultation ends on April 27 and it is expected new services will be up and running by the summer.
