Store helps out society

SKIPTON'S wing of the Arthritis Research Campaign has raised £150 through a collection at Morrisons supermarket.

The branch is now in its 35th year. Although one of its founder members is still actively involved in the group's activities, the committee is keen to take on new members to ensure its future.

If anyone wants to join the branch then they can do so by coming to the next meeting on Thursday, May 17 at 7.30pm in St Andrew's Church coffee shop, Newmarket Street, Skipton, or at its next event on June 9 in Skipton Town Hall annexe.
