Boost for Words & Pictures

Otley-based design company Words & Pictures has announced the creation of a new client relations department to bolster its service.

The department is headed by communications specialist Catrin Rodda, a former magazine editor.

The team handles quality issues, feedback and is now exploring a wide variety of publishing solutions for clients at home and abroad, including Tesco, Procter & Gamble, PwC and international law firm DLA Piper.

Words & Pictures employs 30 staff and has been dominating the UK's internal news magazine scene, winning almost 40 publishing awards in the past four years.
