Four hurt in Dales crash

FIRE crews from Settle and Bentham cut free a man and woman, both aged 65, after a crash near Horton-in-Ribblesdale on Sunday.

The collision involved a Austin Healey Sprite car and a Honda Fireblade motorbike.

The air ambulance attended and the car occupants both sustained serious injuries.

There were also two people on the motorbike - a male driver, aged about 45, and a female pillion passenger, aged about 35. They too were seriously injured, sustaining fractures and internal injuries.

A land ambulance also attended.
