From the archive, first published Monday 16th Apr 2007.

Three men were arrested following an alleged ram raid.

The incident took place at Worthcomms - an IT and communications consultancy, in Park Lane, Keighley - at around 3.30am on Friday.

Police were alerted after the building's alarm system sounded. One officer was slightly injured when his vehicle was allegedly rammed following the incident. He was taken to hospital and discharged later that morning after treatment.

Two of the arrested men were released on police bail and a third, 18-year-old Liam Anderson, of Devonshire Street West, Keighley, was charged with aggravated taking of a vehicle without the owner's consent.

He was also charged with driving without insurance, failure to provide a breath sample and breach of an anti-social behaviour order.

He appeared before Bingley magistrates on Saturday morning and was remanded in custody. He was due to re-appear at court on Wednesday.
